Simple patent

Standard Patent
When granted, a standard patent protects an invention for 20 years from the date of application. It needs to meet the requirements of novelty, inventiveness and industrial applicability.
Substantive Inspection
"Substantive inspection" here is an inspection of an Application based on Article 2 and Article 4 to determine the newness of the object being registered, that may be made by means of the available reference. Substantive inspection shall be conducted by an "inspector" who is an expert especially trained and appointed for conducting such tasks. An inspector of Industrial Designs as the "inspectors" in the other fields of Intellectual Property Right are assigned the status as functional official for the skills they possess and the specialty of their tasks. Substitute for the Work
Substitute for the Work is the sample of the Work attached because it is technically impossible to attach the Work to the application. In this arrangement, a large statue is replaced by its miniature or its photograph.CL37(2)
